Scrampston Park
Project: Construction and installation of all services and connectionsStarting from scratch, Transcore are working on the ongoing construction of a prestigious holiday home development for Scampston Estate, continuing to work with a valued client of 10 years to install all services and connections, roads (inclusive of 278 works), surface and foul drainage, foul drainage treatment and all landscaping work.
The works have included the deforestation of the park and construction of the entire infrastructure for the lodges including roads, substation and outbuildings, electricity, gas, water, telephone, together with surface and foul drainage. Works also involve the creation of lodge bases and two lakes situated in the centre of the park and the installation of a sound bund. A series of roads connecting the lodges were also completed in addition to the park entrance. |
