Primrose Valley
Project: Design and build holiday park, integrating both new and existing areas.Transcore were contracted to construct a 60 base development along with 4 new community entrance features and over half a mile of new tarmac roadway.
The project also contained a SUDs scheme which consisted of 2 large lakes and 1 smaller pond, connected by dry river bed overflows to a network of perforated underground pipework soakaways and two pump stations to recirculate any surplus water back into the lakes. Works also included:
