This project was a redevelopment of former workshop site, into 10 high specification apartments within a confined site close to the centre of York.
 
Early contractor engagement with the client meant that Transcore Ltd. could influence the design, improving layouts and the building envelope to increase floor areas, value and quality of the apartments.

Works included:

• Construction of structural footing
• Connection of all relevant services
• Construction of the building fabric
• All timber framed associated joinery work
• All works corresponding with the modern design and aesthetic
• Undertook all related air tightness testing
• Rendered finish to external walls
• Installation of specialist energy saving equipment
• Incorporating specialist design into the onsite construction
